Itinerary in Buenos Aires




DAY 1 – Tuesday April 10 (L, D)
Buenos Aires city tour.

We will be meeting in the lobby at 10 am.
This tour will give you the opportunity to
learn about the History of Argentina and its culture.

At the Civic Center we will visit the Pink House, the Cabildo building (where the administration during the Spanish colony was), the Plaza de Mayo (Mayo Square) and the Metropolitan Cathedral. There we will see the homage that the Catholic Church made to the Jewish community. We will continue going through the Mayo Avenue, where is located the Tortoni café, the oldest in town, where we will enjoy a café au lait and croissants the porteño way.

After lunch we will visit the cemetery of Recoleta, where is the grave of Evita Perón and most of the forefathers of Argentina. We will finish our tour visiting Puerto Madero, the newest district of Buenos Aires, built by the river Plate. We will see the Woman Bridge, designed by Santiago Calatrava.

Welcome dinner at Argentinean style Stake house.

DAY 2 – Wednesday April 11 (B, L)

Jewish tour

After breakfast, we will take a journey through the amazing past and present of the Jewish Community in Argentina.

Highlights of the itinerary:

- Israeli Embassy Memorial Plaza

- Once neighborhood (one of the most important Jewish quarters of Buenos Aires)

- AMIA Building (Jewish Community Center)

- Shaare Tefila (Sephardic, built in 1940)

After lunch we will visit the Arlene Fern Jewish Day School and the National Monument to the Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust.

Back to the hotel.

DAY 3 – Thursday April 12 (B, L, D)

Delta of Tigre + The Capture of Eichmann tour +Argentine Experience

After breakfast we will visit the Delta of the Tigre River, which is located 30 km away from Buenos Aires. On our way to Tigre we will learn about the capture of Adolph Eichmann by the Mossad agents in 1960. We will see the lot where his house was located on Garibaldi Street in San Fernando district. At the delta will take a boat ride “Interisleña”, the boats that take the locals who live in the area.

Lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon we will visit the “Port of fruits”. Back to the hotel.

In the evening will enjoy the Argentine Experience, learning to make empanadas and alfajores, original foodies of Argentina, followed by a steak dinner (asado).

DAY 4 – Friday April 13 (B, D)

Teatro Colón (Opera House) + Shabbat Service and dinner at Comunidad NCI-EMANUEL.

We will start our day with a guided visit to the Teatro Colón, the Opera House of Buenos Aires, which owns one of the best acoustics in the world.

Rest of the day at leisure.

Lunch on your own.

Getting ready for Shabbat.

We will attend Kabalath Shabbath services at Comunidad NCI – EMANUEL followed by Shabbat dinner.

DAY 5 – Saturday April 14 10 (B, L)


Shabbat Services at Libertad Temple + kiddush + Torah study

After breakfast we will attend Shabbat Services at Libertad Temple, the synagogue of the first Jewish Congregation in the country, “Congregación Israelita de la República Argentina”.

We will learn more about the Jewish Community of Argentina by visiting the Jewish Museum of Buenos Aires, which is next to the synagogue.

After the Kiddush we will have a one hour Torah study.


You will have the rest of the day at your leisure.

DAY 6 – Sunday April 15 (B)


La Boca neighborhood + San Telmo Antiques Market


We will have the most exciting Sunday in Buenos Aires by visiting the colorful barrio of La Boca, home to the first Italian



immigrants to Argentina. Strolling “Caminito”, meaning ‘little walkway’, is a street museum and traditional alley in La Boca. This lane boasts a thriving street with peddlers selling art, buskers playing music and stalls offering trinkets of every variety. Colorful shanty houses line each side of the street and impromptu performances are often carried out by talented tango dancers.

We will continue our journey to San Telmo, the oldest neighborhood of Buenos Aires.


The Feria de San Telmo (San Telmo Antique Market) is one of the most notable events in Buenos Aires.


Every Sunday locals and tourists fill up Defensa street and Plaza Dorrego to visit the many stalls selling antiques, hand-made crafts and souvenirs. Historically, the market began with just antique sellers on Plaza Dorrego. Over time the street that connects the plaza with the city’s most important square, Plaza de Mayo, has become full of stalls too.

DAY 7 – Monday April 16 (B, D)

Evita Museum + Tango Class for beginners followed by dinner and show.

After breakfast we will take a guided visit to the Evita Museum where we will learn about this influencer woman, key factor of the Argentinean History of the 20th century.

Lunch on your own.

Afternoon at your leisure.

Farewell dinner and tango show at Esquina Carlos Gardel. We will take a tango class for beginners prior to dinner.

DAY 8 – Monday April 17

Free morning at leisure.

Check out

Transfer to Ezeiza International airport to your flight back home or to domestic Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery for your flight to El Calafate or Iguazu falls.
